How to Cancel Your Subscription

SmartTourist subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them. Follow the steps below to cancel on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Key points

  • Cancellation must be done in the same store where you subscribed (App Store or Google Play).
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time to avoid the next charge.
  • After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Cancel on iOS (App Store)

  • Open Settings → your Apple ID (top) → Subscriptions.
  • Find SmartTourist and tap it.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription (or Manage) and confirm.
  • If you don’t see a cancel button, it may already be canceled or expired.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

  • Open Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • Select SmartTourist.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
  • If you don’t see SmartTourist, make sure you’re signed into the same Google account used for purchase.

After you cancel

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next period if you canceled before renewal.
  • You can re-subscribe anytime in the app.
