How payment works

The site is connected to internet acquiring; you can pay with Visa or Mastercard. After confirming a service, a secure TipTop Pay window opens to enter card details. 3-D Secure is used for extra authentication. If supported by your bank, you will be redirected to the bank page to confirm.

Online payments follow Visa and Mastercard rules with confidentiality: modern verification, encryption, and closed channels are used. Card data is entered only in the secure TipTop Pay window.

You enter card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and CVV2/CVC2.

CVV2/CVC2 is the three-digit security code on the back of the card.

Then your issuing bank’s 3-D Secure page opens. If the code does not arrive, contact your bank.

Security guarantees

TipTop Pay processes data under PCI DSS 3.0. Transmission to the payment gateway uses SSL; further transfer goes via closed banking networks. TipTop Pay does not share card data with us or third parties. 3-D Secure is used for additional authentication.

Online payment security

Your personal information (name, address, phone, email, card number) is confidential and not disclosed. Card data is transmitted encrypted and not stored on our server.

Payment security is provided by TipTop Pay Kazakhstan. All card operations follow the rules of payment systems. Processing occurs on a secure server of the processing company.

Card payments are safe because authorization systems do not store your card data, and you enter details only in TipTop Pay, keeping them away from third parties.
