These Terms govern your use of the SmartTourist mobile app and services. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using SmartTourist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for compliance with local laws when using the app.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass security features.

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and monthly) through Google Play billing.
Billing: your Google Play account is charged at purchase confirmation and on each renewal date.
Auto-renewal: renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal.
Manage or cancel: open Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. When you cancel, access continues until the current period ends.
Price changes: if prices change, Google Play may notify you; continued use after the change date means acceptance.
Trials/intro offers: if provided, billing starts at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Payments are processed by Google Play. Their terms and tax rules apply.
Refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. In some cases you may need to request a refund directly via Google Play support.

Information in the app (maps, recommendations, bookings, partner services) may change and may come from third parties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of content or partner services.

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or violate applicable laws.
Do not infringe intellectual property or upload harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.

You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete your account in the app to remove your data as described on the Delete Account page.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users, systems, or partners.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party services, networks, or devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartTourist is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months, where permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold SmartTourist harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on our website.
Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless mandatory consumer laws of your country provide otherwise.
